ABOUT US
Epik Subwoofers is located just north of Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in American-made high output subwoofers with outstanding sound quality. We sell all of our products direct online. This allows us to offer incredible performance for less money because there is no middleman.
Our company has its own manufacturing facilities located on-site. Cabinet prototyping, manufacturing, assembly, finishing and testing are all performed here. World-class CNC manufacturing capabilities allow us to design and build even the most complex cabinets with ease. It also guarantees quality control and accuracy with the highest of standards.
In addition to making and supporting American-made products, we also have a big hand in the environment. We pay extra to have the means to recycle and, although we do not get a return on any of our environmental efforts, we make a point to ‘stay green’. We reduce our energy consumption by purchasing Energy Star quality machinery and using electric forklifts, which have no emissions and do not require propane. We use recycled materials, CFL bulbs and environmentally-friendly products whenever possible. Also, we reuse and recycle all of our scrap wood and MDF, unlike many other companies of today. We hope to make it possible for other companies to see our success and strive for it themselves; not just by what we do, but by how we do it.
WHO IS BEHIND EPIK?
Epik Subwoofers founder, Chad Kuypers, has been designing speakers for over a decade and has also founded several other audio companies. He brings ideas and knowledge from the world of high excursion subwoofer and speaker driver design to the company’s forefront. Kuypers is an accomplished classical musician who studied at such prestigious institutes as Yale University, working both in the recording studio and as a musician. His ears make a great reference for live sound.
Our director of in-house manufacturing has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing business. He has worked as a plant manager for multi-million dollar furniture manufacturing facilities. He brings invaluable knowledge to the table in regards to streamlining production and quality.
Our customer service and manufacturing team compliment our designs and products, by diligently working to build high quality product for our customers. We are dedicated to making sure our products get to them safely, as well as providing them with technical support after it arrives. Together, we work as a team to bring our customers the best products in the world that are made right here in the US.

We provide products that are in a league of their own in regards to performance, even when compared to the most expensive products in the market. Our goal is to give our customers the best performance possible and to offer it for less.
